The innovative feature is called Relumino Mode and it enhances colors, sharpens contrast, brightens colors, and highlights outlines to create a clearer picture that's easier to see.

The new mode will come to Samsung's Neo QLED 8K and 4K TVs later this year. Samsung's Relumino technology has been available for VR devices as a mobile app since 2017. It had to be installed on a Samsung smartphone and then be connected to a Samsung Gear VR device. It would then use the phone's camera to record what the VR user was watching and enhance the image for someone with low vision.
