The Shoreware Director is a web-based interface for managing your ShoreTel Voice-Over-IP telephone network. Shoreware Director allows you to access and change settings for voice mail boxes, view call records and configure automated phone systems from within any Web browser on your network. This system consolidates the management tools for your VOIP network into a single control interface, simplifying the task of managing your phone system.
