Launch Microsoft OneNote from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
Click the "Tools" menu tab and select "Customize."
Click the "Commands" tab.
Click the command to which you want to assign a different hotkey. Click "Modify Selection."
Press the "Alt" key and a letter key of your choice to change the hotkey.
Click "Close" to end the task.
