Microsoft Word has a built-in feature that allows users to convert the current text to a different language. This allows you to adjust the text from one language to another, with only a few clicks of your mouse. Doing so is incredibly helpful when taking foreign language classes and you need to convert your current language into a foreign text. Additionally, once you convert to a different language it is still possible to change the language back to the original text.
Launch Microsoft Word (if it isn't already open), then launch the document you want to convert the text with.
Click the "Tools" tab at the top of the screen. From the pull-down menu that appears select "Language" followed by "Set Language."
