Some Verizon FiOS customers can display caller IDs on their television screen for incoming calls. When caller IDs are displayed on your TV, you don't have to get up to see who is calling. There is no additional charge to enable this feature. However, you do need a subscription to Caller ID service and a compatible set-top box, as well as FIOS Digital Voice service or a combination of Verizon Call Assistant, FiOS Voice Service and Internet service.
Press “Menu” on your remote control. The main menu appears on your TV screen.
Highlight and select “Settings” from the main menu.
Select “Caller ID,” and then “Check Availability.” If caller ID service is available for your area and with your equipment, follow the on-screen prompts to configure caller ID for your set-top box. Once it is set up, allow 24 to 48 hours for caller IDs to display on your TV screen.
