By Lindsay Howell

This system performs many options, so users will have a lot of ammo in their arsenal. When a user wants to make a screenshot of what is on their Inspiron's screen, this is possible by using the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard.

Step 1

Open the screen that you want to create a screenshot. Make sure to move the mouse cursor to a place where it won't be in the way.

Step 2

Press the "Prt Sc" button. This is the print screen button.

Step 3

Navigate to the "Start" menu, then select "All Programs," "Accessories," then "Paint."

Step 4

Click the "Paste" button. From the "File" menu, select "Save." Choose a location and click "Save" to store the screenshot.
