Call forwarding is the feature that transfers your calls from one phone to another. Call forwarding can be useful if you will not have access to the phone for an extended period of time, such as going on vacation. Once you return, you will need to unforward your calls to receive calls on that phone. You can unforward your calls right from the telephone handset.
