Even though the Realtek HD audio driver on your computer is technically a piece of software, you cannot uninstall it through "Programs and Features" in the Control Panel that you would use for other programs. Instead, you will have to use Device Manager. This program manages all of the various drivers that are installed on your computer, including the one that operates your Realtek HD audio device.
