How to Upload Videos to a Facebook Group

Facebook groups are one way the social networking site allows members to find other people with shared interests. Groups are often based around a famous person, common activity or niche interest. Members can communicate with each other and share photos and video. Adding content to a group page is a fairly painless process.

Step 1

Select the "video" tab from the top of the group's home page.

Click on the "upload" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to add a video that already exists on your computer.

Step 3

Select the "browse" button to locate the video on your hard drive or exterior storage device. Once you have located the file, double click on it to add it to the group; the video will automatically begin to upload.

Step 4

Enter a title and description for the video. A good description is concise and informative, letting group members know exactly what the video is about and why it is interesting.

Step 5

Click "save info" to finalize the information and officially upload the video to the page.
