How to Transfer Phone Messages to a MicroSD Memory Card

If you have cell phone messages that you want to save, you can transfer them to a microSD memory card. MicroSD memory cards are storage devices specifically designed to be used in mobile phones. You can transfer voice, text and photo messages to a microSD card; these can be accessed later on a computer or another cell phone. To transfer the messages to the microSD card memory, the cell phone must have a microSD card port.

Step 1

Press the "Menu" button on the cell phone, then scroll through the list of options and select "Messages."

Select a message you want to transfer, then press the "Options" or "Menu" button.

Select "Save" from the list, then select "SD card." On some phones, click "Save to SD card" directly from the list of options. The message will transfer to the microSD memory card. Repeat the process for each message you want to transfer.
