HDHomeRun TV tuners can stream TV channels to any computer on the same local network as the HDHomeRun device. SiliconDust provides a software package that can control the HDHomeRun device, change channels and play TV shows on any computer on the local network. The HDHomeRun Config application plays TV channels in HDHomeRun QuickTV by default, but you can use the VLC media player instead.
