Microsoft Edge Browser Is Officially Available on iOS and Android

Microsoft announced that its Edge browser is now available for download on iOS and Android, which iw some pretty exciting news for the few of you who actually use it.

Edge launched for Windows PCs back in 2015—it's predecessor was Internet Explorer. Now it has finally made its way to the smartphone.

The benefit of using the Edge app is that is allows users to seamlessly jump between Windows 10 desktop browsing and their smartphones with a Continue on PC feature. Users can access saved Favorites, Reading List pages, and passwords—similar to how Chrome allows sign-ins from the same Google account across multiple platforms.

Microsoft Edge is available to download for iOS now, and it'll be available for Android in the coming weeks.
