Just ahead of Apple's big press event scheduled for Monday, the company announced yet another new product.
Apple's next-generation wireless earbuds, AirPods 2, are making their much anticipated debut, and while they look identical to the AirPods you may already own, there are a handful of cool updates.
AirPods2 are powered by the new H1 chip to provide improved battery life (up to 50 percent more talk time), and they feature a wireless charging case and hands-free access to Siri. You'll be able to buy the set with the wireless charging case for $199, which is Qi-compatible and has an LED light indicator located on the front of the case to show the charge status. You can also choose to stick with the standard case and pay $159, or if you're happy with your original AirPods, you can opt to buy the wireless charging case for $79.
The AirPods2 are available for preorder now, and they'll ship next week.
