If you've been wanting to try Peloton classes but haven't gotten around to it, now is a good time to sign up. For the rest of July, you can sign up for the Peloton app for only $12.99 for three months — that's three months for the price of one.
You don't need a bike or a treadmill to benefit from the trainer-led classes. In fact, you don't even need weights, as there are plenty of bodyweight, yoga, cardio, core, and pilates classes to take. But if you do have access to weights, there are lots of strength classes to jump in as well.
The app is specifically designed for those who don't have a Peloton bike, but if you do have an indoor bike, you can certainly take spin classes as well. Class times range from five to 90 minutes and the levels range from beginner to advanced.
The classes are both live and on-demand and can be streamed on your phone, laptop, or TV. Even though you won't be in an actual class setting, Peloton does a great job at making you feel like you're part of a bigger community, which is helpful when you can't get motivated to get a workout in.
