In a few simple steps, you can bend text into an arc style.

Arched text often is used on fliers, brochures and banners. You can arc text upward, downward or in a wavy fashion by using a word processing or graphics program such as Word, Publisher, Photoshop or Fireworks. In Word and Publisher, the text is created from WordArt -- a combination of text and graphics. In Fireworks, the text is added to a path in the curve shape that you select.
