If you have a printer that is being shared on a wireless computer network, you're going to want to find that printer on your own computer and make sure your machine is set up to access it. Once the printer is shared there should be no problems with any machine being able to utilize it, but it never hurts to double check. You'll need to go into your computer's printer folder and verify that an icon exists there for the printer that is shared on the wireless network.
Click "Control Panel."
Click "Devices and Printers."
Click on the menu listing for "Printers and Faxes" to expand it. You will now see an icon appear for the printer that is shared on your wireless network.
Right-click on the icon for the wireless printer and click "Properties." This will give you any bit of information you need to know about the device, including who manufactured it, what model number it is and where exactly it is physically located on your network.
