If something has gone wrong with the version of Windows installed on your Acer 6930 laptop computer, you don't need a Windows recovery CD in order to restore your machine to working order. The 6930 has a built-in recovery partition that can be used for this exact purpose. You can easily access this recovery partition while your computer is booting up.

Step 1

Press the "ALT" and "F10" keys as your Acer 6930 is starting up to launch the computer's built-in recovery utility.
