Setting a Vizio TV to 720p is simple with Vizio's user interface.

Vizio televisions often allow you to choose between screen resolutions, such as 480p, 720p and 1080p. Changing these settings is the same procedure with nearly all Vizio models, as Vizio uses a nearly identical user interface menu on all of its HDTVs.
