Apple is offering to replace defective iPhone 11 screens for free, you just have to own one of the "small percentage" of iPhones affected. (No, that doesn't include your iPhone 11 that has a cracked screen from that one time you dropped it, although that'd be nice.)
According to an announcement on Apple's website, it has been determined that some iPhone 11 displays "may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module." The phones affected were manufactured between November 19 and May 2020.
If you have an iPhone 11 and your display doesn't work as it should, but you aren't sure if your phone qualifies, you can visit Apple's website and type in your serial number to find out.
For those who qualify, you can find an Apple Authorized Service Provider, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, or get in touch with Apple Support to arrange mail-in service via the Apple Repair Center.
