Step 1

Inspect all printer and computer connections and then power up your printer.

Double-click the Brother printer icon on your computer. Alternatively, click the Windows "Start" button, click "Devices and Printers" and right-click the Brother printer icon.

Click on "See What's Printing."


Step 4

Click the "Printer" drop-down menu.

Step 5

Remove the check mark from the "Use Printer Offline" box. You should now be able to resume production and complete your print job.
