After you customize your TV's settings, the customization won't be permanent until you take the TV out of Retail or Store Demo mode. This mode is the manufacturer's default setting selected for retail environments. If a potential customer adjusts the TV's settings, it will revert back to the Retail or Store Demo mode so that retailers don't have to repetitively reset it.
Step 1
Press the "Menu" button on the TV panel or remote control.

Use the arrow buttons to navigate the menu interface and select "Option." Press "OK."
Step 3
Select "Mode Setting" and press "OK."
Step 4
Highlight and select "Home Use." Press "OK" to save the new settings.
Step 5
Press the "Menu" button to exit the menu interface.
