Use Microsoft Visio 2010 to create a data relationship in Visio.

Microsoft Visio is an effective tool for creating data models, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and database diagrams. Visio automatically links up different data objects and elements, as different types of links represent relationships between data objects. Relationship links can signify if a data object is dependent or has dependencies when linked to other data objects. In Visio, you can create a functional dependency between two data objects.
