The Bose 3-2-1- GS is a progressive-scan DVD home entertainment system. Bose recommends resetting the 3-2-1 GS sound system if the unit is frozen, unresponsive or if you cannot hear the sound. Resetting the unit may solve intermittent problems. The Bose 3-2-1 GS system does not have a reset button. To reset the system, you'll need to unplug a special cable, according to the troubleshooting section of the 3-2-1 GS owner's manual.
