The Sony Bravia series of televisions has a parental lock that allows you to prevent children from watching programs beyond their age level. You can set the TV to block programs based on the age rating, or you can block entire channels. When you set up the parental lock, the TV prompts you to set up a password. To unlock the TV, you need to enter the password. You can change or reset the password through the TV's menus.
