The MTV Video Music Awards are still a thing, and they're airing tonight. In case you're not a regular MTV watcher (RIP to the MTV of the '90s), there are several ways to watch the show.

The show starts at 8 p.m. ET on MTV, with a pre-show starting at 7 p.m. Red carpet coverage will happen on ET Live before the show, which you can watch without a cable login.
