It's been a weird year for kids and their education, to say the least. So, it's more important than ever to engage students in arts and cultural experiences, even if that means virtual field trips to museums.

Bloomberg Connects is a free app that serves as a digital guide for cultural organizations in New York and London, with more from all over the world slated to come on board in the coming months. Designed by Bloomberg Philanthropies, the app includes guides and interactive resources created for K-12 students.

The app currently offers virtual field trips to Benjamin Franklin House, Black Cultural Archives, The Central Park Conservancy The Frick Collection, The Guggenheim Museum, Imperial War Museum's Churchill War Rooms, London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE, MoMA PS1, New York Botanical Garden, The Serpentine Galleries, and more.

Students have access to exclusive stories and a look behind the scenes with artists, curators, and experts. For example, in the "For Kids" section of the app, students can listen to other kids discussing select works from the The Guggenheim's collection with artists and curators.
