Students between the ages of 5 and 12 at West Side Elementary School in Healdsburg, CA created a public art project called "Peptoc Hotline," a number that anyone can call to hear recorded pick-me-ups from the kids. The project is overseen by teacher Jessica Martin.

One student suggests doing flips on a trampoline if you're feeling mad or frustrated, and another says that if you're feeling nervous, buy some ice cream or new shoes. Solid life advice.

The hotline has been receiving so many calls, a GoFundMe has been set up to help fund the amount of minutes needed to continue the project. You can also donate directly through the school's website, and anything left over will go towards the school's art program.
