AT&T Text-to-Email and Email-to-Text

AT&T customers can send a text message as email by using an email address for the recipient instead of a phone number. Messages sent this way can be viewed online with an email website or application. AT&T provides each customer with a unique email address by adding @txt.att.net to their 10-digit number. This email address can be used for email to text with ATT. When an email is sent to one of these special addresses, it's delivered as a text message.
