The Text Box option allows you to insert a standard box in which you can input text. This is helpful if you want to set an excerpt apart from other text. Step 1

Open the document containing the text box you want to edit. Click the text box to select it.

Click the arrow next to "Fill Color" on the Drawing toolbar. Some background color options will appear.
