How Do I Change the Time on a Toshiba DKT3020-SD Phone?

By Megan Mattingly-Arthur

The Toshiba DKT3020-SD is a 20-button speakerphone system with an LCD digital display. These systems include a helpful feature that logs the time, date and length of each call. Set the time on your Toshiba speakerphone to ensure that you are able to make the most of the technology.

Step 1

Lift the receiver and press any idle extension.

Step 2

Listen for a dial tone, and enter "#652" when you hear it. Wait for a confirmation tone.

Step 3

Enter the current time in the "HHMMSS" 24-hour format. For example, if the current time is 6:05 p.m., enter "180500." Remember to enter a leading zero, when necessary, to ensure that the code is always six digits long.

Step 4

Press "#" to confirm your entry. Wait for a confirmation tone.

Step 5

Press the "Spkr" button to return the Toshiba phone system to its regular display mode.

Tips & Warnings

  • Contact Toshiba customer service if you hear a fast busy signal, rather than a dial tone, after entering the code "#652". Your system may use older software that requires a different setting code.
