If you want to save a video from the BBC website, you'll have to use a web service that has the ability to recognize Flash web videos and save them to your computer's hard drive.

Copy the URL of the video you want to download from the BBC website into the "Address Bar" on the Flash video download site.

Click the "Download" button to download the video from the BBC website to your computer via the Flash video download page.
