How to Block Numbers on AT&T U-verse

Determining who can call you and who knows you're calling gives you greater control over your smartphone. There are two ways to block numbers on your AT&T U-verse service: Call Blocking and Caller ID Blocking. Call Blocking prevents incoming calls to your phone from particular numbers, whereas Caller ID Blocking blocks your number from appearing on the phones you call. You can manage both features via the Manage My Phone Features section of the U-verse control panel.
