Using Microsoft Office for the Mac, you can easily convert your PowerPoint presentation to a Word document with a few clicks. The process creates an entirely new Word document separate from your PowerPoint presentation that can be updated and edited. The files will not be linked, so changes made on the Word document will not be reflected in the PowerPoint presentation and vice versa.
