ISO is a type of computer file that is used on Windows-based computers. A DMG is a type of computer file that is used on Mac-based computers. Both of these are examples of types of "disc image" files, which is a type of computer archive that condenses down the contents of an entire CD or DVD into one easy-to-manage computer file. All you need to convert an ISO to a DMG is the right software.

User Nero Burning ROM. Unlike PowerISO and MagicISO, Nero is capable of burning regular CDs and DVDs in addition to working with disc image files. Open Nero Burning ROM on your computer and click "File" and then "Open" to open your ISO file. Then, click "File" and then "Save As" to bring up the "Save As" dialog box. Change the "Output File Type" property to "DMG Disc Image" and then click "Save" once more. Your .ISO file will be converted to the DMG file format.
