Printing is a fundamental part of using a computer to create tangible outputs of documents and photos. Most printers are set to print documents at 100% of their actual size. If a document or photo appears small and is hard to see, it may be necessary to increase the output scale. Windows computers come with a built-in tool used to manage printer settings. Users have the option to change settings for the specific printer in which they want to enlarge the printing scale. The scale can be adjusted up to a value of 400%.
