CBR is a common file format used to store the pages of digital versions of comic books. When opened with a utility like CDisplay, you can flip through the pages of a CBR file on your computer the same way you would if you were physically holding an actual comic book. If you want to extract the image files contained in a CBR archive, you'll need to use a program called WinRAR.
