Busy Line Call Forwarding

Dial *73 on your phone and enter the 10-digit phone number that you want your calls to be forwarded to.

Press the button that says "Send." Your call will then end automatically after you hear a tone. You will then receive all of your calls on the selected number.

Dial *730 and press "Send" if you no longer want to use the feature. Your call will terminate right after you hear a tone and you will then receive regular calls on the Cricket number.
Call Forwarding No Answer
Step 1
Dial *74 on your phone and enter the 10-digit phone number that you would like to have your calls forwarded to.
Step 2
Press the button that says "Send." You will then hear a tone, after which your call will end automatically. All your calls will then be forwarded to the number you chose.
Step 3
Dial *740 and press "Send" if you no longer want this feature. Your call will be disconnected right after you hear a tone and you will receive regular calls on your Cricket phone number.
Unconditional Call Forwarding
Step 1
Dial *72 on your phone and enter the 10-digit phone number that you would like to have your calls forwarded to.
Step 2
Press the button that says "Send." You will then hear a tone, after which the call will automatically disconnect. All the incoming calls to the Cricket phone number will then be forwarded to the selected number.
Step 3
Dial *720 and press "Send" if you want to turn this feature off. The call will terminate itself right after you hear a tone. You will then receive regular calls on the Cricket phone number.
