The images viewed online from your computer are stored in an Internet "cache," which is a repository of files saved to the hard drive for the purpose of speeding access time. You can quickly check this repository to see what other members of your household have been doing with their spare time on the Internet, helping you to keep your children safe from unwanted material.

Step 1

Right click on the "Start" menu and select "Explore."

Click on "Tools," open "Folder Options," click on the "View" tab, check the box to "Show Hidden Files," and uncheck the box to "Hide Protected Files."

Open the "C" drive and open the "Documents and Settings" folder.

Open the folder for the user whose pictures you wish to examine, open the "Local Settings" folder and open the "Temporary Internet Files" folder. You will then have access to all pictures viewed by that user.

Step 5

Repeat the procedure for all users on your computer.
