Firefly is a cellular service reseller that offers calling plans and phones for teens and "tweens." Parents can set permissions on the phones in order to restrict their children's use of the phones, and Firefly branded phones are designed for ease of use so that they appeal to children. Parents use a four-digit personal identification number, or PIN, to access their children's phones and set restrictions. To change the password on your child's Firefly phone, you enter a bypass password or code and then choose a new password. The procedure differs slightly for each of the three Firefly phone models.
