The "Print Screen" function in Windows allows users to literally print whatever is on the computer screen. This function is a time-saver because instead of going through the process of launching the system print utility to print a Web page, you can just use the print screen tool. If you want to disable this feature, you can configure the options in Windows Group Policy.
