"SAP" stands for Secondary Audio Programming. It is a feature several TV shows include for their non-English-speaking audience. SAP is essentially a second audio stream included with your TV show that lets you listen to the show in a language other than the original. If you'd rather listen to the TV show in the original language, it is not that difficult to turn off SAP.
