How to Use an ISO in PCSX2
PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 emulation utility used to run backup copies of your store-purchased video games, as well as open-source titles. The program supports many standard options to suit your needs, including the use of game pads and various display settings. In addition to providing support for PlayStation 2 discs, it also accepts ISO image files. These are the raw/exact data extracted from a disc, typically stored in your computer's hard disk for backup purposes.
Launch PCSX2 using its default program shortcut.
Click the "CDVD" menu, followed by the "ISO" entry/radio button. This enables the use of ISO files by making a specified image the primary game source.
Click the "CDVD" menu once again, highlight "ISO Selector" and then click "Browse."
Browse for the ISO file you wish to launch. Note that the ISO does not have to reside within the PCSX2 installation directory.
Double-click the ISO file in question to launch it with PCSX2.
