The built-in webcam found on some Acer PCs enables you to capture photos, record video and have live video chat with other users connected to the Internet. Acer PCs use the Crystal Eye Webcam or OrbiCam software to turn on and control the camera. The software can change the picture settings -- it can increase or decrease brightness or zoom in and out -- and take photos. To turn on the webcam, open the camera software from the Start menu.
