Using PhotoScape, you can apply preformatted effects to digital images.

Available only for use with Windows operating systems, PhotoScape is a free digital image editing program. Similar to other image editing programs, such as those that are supplied with digital cameras, PhotoScape contains basic photo editing tools. In addition to cropping images and adjusting their brightness, you may also choose from a variety of filter effects that may be applied to your photos. These effects, such as transparency or watercolor, adjust your image to give them different appearances.
