The 'Orphan Black' Storyline Is Returning as an Audio Series

Ever since Orphan Black ended its five season run in 2017, life just hasn't been the same. If you've been dying to know what Sarah Manning and her sister (sestra) clones have been up to since we last saw them, you're going to soon get the opportunity to find out.

Unfortunately, the show won't be returning to TV, but 10 new episodes will be available in audiobook and text formats exclusively from Serial Box. And the best part? Tatiana Maslany, the Emmy-winning star of Orphan Black who brilliantly played 14 characters, will be voicing the new episodes.

Orphan Black: The Next Chapter will pick up eight years after the TV show left off, telling the continuing story of the clone sisterhood and their friends and enemies.

"We are delighted to be able to extend the Orphan Black franchise through this new and innovative partnership with Serial Box," Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier, Orphan Black's executive producers said in a statement. "Orphan Black's devoted fans will now get more of what they love on this exciting listening and reading platform."

Here's the season 5 trailer in case you need a recap:

The series will be available later this summer. The first episode is free, and you can buy the whole season at a discounted rate of around $14. Or it's $1.99 per episode for access to both the text and audio versions.
