If your kids have yet to discover Osmo, do them (and yourself) a favor and surprise them with the super fun Detective Agency game.

Osmo is an interactive, educational game that uses innovative technology to incorporate physical toys into the digital world. It transforms an iPad or Fire tablet into a learning tool. To little kids, the game is magical, and to be perfectly honest, I'm not convinced otherwise. Osmo has games for all levels — even kids as young as 3, but Detective Agency is designed for kids ages 5 to 12.

My daughter tested out the game and she was instantly hooked. The game gives kids the opportunity to run their own detective agency. They can travel to six popular cities, inspect hundreds of clues using the included magnifying glass, and learn about geography, history, and cultures around the world. While playing, kids develop observational skills, attention to detail, and practice their focusing skills.

The game is fun, educational, and it teaches kids about technology in ways they may have never experienced before. It also encourages kids to want to explore new cities and landmarks — in the game and in real life.
