Etsy is now offering a wedding registry option for couples who are looking for handmade items that the typical wedding registry spots like Crate & Barrel and Target don't provide.

Couples can create a registry directly on Etsy's website, and guests can search for a registry using the couple's names.
Friends and family who are shopping an Etsy wedding registry will have to create an account to make any purchases. Sellers will fulfill the orders the same way they do all other orders, only they'll be notified through a badge that the order has come from a registry.
