Bluetooth FileShare is an iPhone application that is compatible for iPhone users who have the 3.0 software update, and enables iPhone users to send information through the detected Bluetooth connection and is available in the App Store for purchase. According to the iTunes App Store, users can only send files to other iPhone users who have the Bluetooth FileShare application and must be connected to each other via Bluetooth.
Press the "Home" button on your iPhone, and tap the "Settings" icon on your home screen. Tap the "General" tab and tap the "Bluetooth" tab. Slide your finger over the switch to turn on Bluetooth. Press the "Home" button to return to the home screen.

Tap the "App Store" icon, and tap the "Search" icon at the bottom of the screen. Type "Bluetooth" in the search bar and tap the "Search" button in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Tap the "Bluetooth FileShare" search result, and tap the purchase button. Tap the "Buy Now" button and type your iTunes account password. Tap the "OK" button to download and install the application.
Have the other user download and install the Bluetooth FileShare application his iPhone, and open the application that it is running on both devices. Slide your finger over the "Sharing" switch to turn it on.
On the other iPhone, tap the "Bluetooth Transfer" icon at the bottom of the screen and tap the file he wishes to receive. Tap "Transfer File" to retrieve the song from your iPhone.
