Facebook allows to you to connect with friends and family, sharing your thoughts and pictures. Adding video to Facebook is easy and fast. Add a video that you created, or something you found on the Internet. This feature livens up your Facebook page, shares news with your far-flung friend and family, and allows you to share a laugh using the latest technology.
Login to your Facebook account. Click on the "Profile" tab at the top of the page.
Record a video to add by clicking the Video icon at the top of the page next to the Share options. Click "Record a Video" and use your webcam to record a video that will go directly to your Facebook page.
Upload a video to by clicking the Video icon at the top of the page next to the Share options. Select "Upload a Video." Browse your hard drive and choose the video to upload. Be patient and don't click away or you have to start over.
Add a video to your profile that you see on someone else's Facebook page. Click on the video, and underneath you will see Comment and Share as options. Click "Share." Either post the video to your profile or send it to friends in your address book.
Add videos directly from a video provider. Go to the site and find the video to add to your profile. Under the video, use the icons for sharing options such as Digg, StumbleUpon and Facebook. Click the Facebook icon and post the video to your profile or to send to friends in your Facebook address book.
Remember that everyone on your friends list will see an update when you have added a video to your profile. If the video could be insulting, hurtful or otherwise inappropriate, think twice before posting it.
