Eclipse MP3 players are controlled by five buttons -- four buttons surrounding a central button -- located on the front of the device. You need to push the buttons in a certain combination to enable you to adjust the volume of the device in "Music," "Voice" or "Video" modes.

Step 1

Press the "VOL" button when in "Music," "Voice" or "Video" mode.

Step 2

Press the "NEXT" button to increase the volume. Press it repeatedly until you have the desired volume.

Step 3

Press the "PREVIOUS" button to decrease the volume. Press it repeatedly until you have the desired volume.
